check -in : 3pm- 8pm
Check-out : 8am - 12 noon (week) / 9am - 12 noon (weekend)
Late check-out can be offered on request only and until 2pm for an extra €50. Check out later than 2pm wil result of the cost of an extra night.
Cancellation Policy
The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest. Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.
In case you settle payment with bank transfer (bancontact or iDeal) your reservation will be modified in a non-refundable rate.
Below cancellation policy is only applicable when guaranteed with credit card.
Individual booking : Less than 48h before date of arrival: first night. To avoid any discussion this means before midnight. So If you would like to cancel for tonight (DAY 1), you should have cancelled no later than (DAY 1 - minus 2). If you cancel the day before the day of your arrival a cancellation fee will be charged.
Group bookings (more than 2 rooms) : 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100% | 21 and 8 -days before arrival: 50 % | More than 3 weeks before arrival: €25,00
Smoking
We run a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking inside the building will result in a €250 fine.
Accessibility
All floors are accessible by elevator however since we are located in an old building we regret to inform you that we are not fully accessible for wheel chair users. There are 2 big door steps on the main entrance and due to the design of the hotel rooms not all bathrooms and toilets are accessible.
Pets
As much as we love our own pets the hotel has decided no pets will be allowed. Unfortunately you have to leave yours at home.
Number of guests
Exept for the grande suite all our rooms are designed for 2 persons. We do not allow more than 2 in any room. However We do offer family and friends rooms which is the grande suite. These rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. The extra beds in the room can be made up for an extra €20 each to request upon reservation.
