Rates and availability

You can check our rates and availability and make a booking via our online booking system or by sending an email to hello@hotelpilar.be

Check-in | check-out

check -in : 3pm- 8pm

Check-out :  8am - 12 noon (week) / 9am - 12 noon (weekend)

Late check-out can be offered on request only and until 2pm for an extra €50. Check out later than 2pm wil result of the cost of an extra night.

Booking terms & cancellation conditions

 

The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest. Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

 

Main condition for individual reservation (max 5 rooms)

 

  • Less than 48h before date of arrival: first night.
    Cancellations or modification can only be made by email to hello@hotelpilar.be

  • e.g. If you would like to cancel for the 10th, your cancellation should be received on the 8th

  • In case of no show: entire stay.

 

 

Non-refundable bookings

 

  • The total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided upon making the reservation.

  • The reservation cannot be cancelled nor modified free of charge.

  • In case of cancellation, modification or no show, the total amount charged upon making the reservation will not be refunded.

  • In case you settle payment with bank transfer (bancontact or iDeal) your reservation will be modified in a non-refundable rate.

 

Special group conditions (6 rooms or more)

 

  • In case you require to book more than 6 rooms, please contact us at hello@hotelpilar.be

  • upon reservation : guaranteed by credit card or deposit

  • free of charge until 1 month before de day of arrival

  • full payment 1 month before the day of arrival

  • In case of cancellation, modification or no show less than 1 month before the day of arrival will not be refunded.

Smoking

We run a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking inside the building will result in a €250 fine.

​

Accessibility

All floors are accessible by elevator however since we are located in an old building we regret to inform you that we are not fully accessible for wheel chair users. There are 2 big door steps on the main entrance and due to the design of the hotel rooms not all bathrooms and toilets are accessible. 

​

Pets

As much as we love our own pets the hotel has decided no pets will be allowed. Unfortunately you have to leave yours at home. 

 

Number of guests
Alll our rooms are designed for 2 persons.
We do not allow more than 2 in any room.
